Description

      This kit features the F-35, the latest fifth-generation stealth fighter jet, specifically the B model capable of short take-off and vertical landing (STOVL). The upper and lower doors of the lift fan section and the engine doors can be displayed in either open or closed positions. The landing gear can be positioned in either flight or parked configuration. The nozzles are removable and feature
a rotating mechanism just like the real aircraft, allowing for the recreation of the aircraft's take-off state (short take-off). The flaperons, horizontal stabilizers, and vertical stabilizers are integrally molded using slide molding, resulting in a pleasingly detailed appearance. One seated pilot figure wearing the latest helmet and a display stand are included. The package illustration is by Tankuro Kato.
