I wanted to let you know the status of Eduard's new B-17F "The Bloody Hundredth" model kit in case you have it on PreOrder with us. There has been quite a few questions lately because it would appear that some customers already have theirs... but it is an August release?? WELL... both are true!

Eduard themselves attended the IPMS National Model Convention in Madison Wisconsin a couple weeks ago and brought the initial batch of the Bloody Hundredth kit with them to sell at their vendor booth. SO, several customers got one. They also brought a very small portion of our order with them (basically they brought how many filled out their empty space in their cargo for us) SO, if you preordered from us and were at the show... you were able to bring them home with you that way too. THEN.... the kits that Eduard did not sell at the show... they sent home with us! So, we started filling preorders in the order they were paid for but this was just a handful... So, I am just telling you these things so you don't feel like you are getting the runaround if your buddy has the kit and you don't yet! The "official" release is still August... and Eduard just confirmed they are shipping ours to us this week, SO, this means we "should" be inside a couple weeks from having these headed your way.

What If I Didn't PreOrder? Can I still get one?

The great thing about PreOrdering from us is that we make sure to reserve a kit with your name on it. With production runs being much smaller this day in age sometimes this is a good thing because you never know when the entire production run is going to sell out fast. In the case of this new kit, it did and Eduard is completely sold out, and so are we.  HAVING SAID THAT - Make sure to enter your email address in the "Enter your email address to be notified when this is ready to order!" box on the item's page because we reserved back a couple of cases just in case we get any shipping damage... so if there is no damage, those cases will become available for sale, and if any preorders get canceled, those will also become available. So make sure to get your email address put in that box because it will immediately notify those signed up when we make whatever is left over available. You can put your email in on this page HERE.
